Collections are free for all PRE-BOOKED Collections on (Friday evening only).

The collection points are:

2.⁠ ⁠St Johns Wood: NW8 6DF

3.⁠ ⁠Swiss Cottage: NW3 3EU

4.⁠ ⁠West Hamstead: NW6 1DR WH

5.⁠ ⁠2 Florence Mews, SL3 7SZ

All deliveries around 5 miles the above post codes done by  Crately team will be charged at flat rate of £4.99 per delivery.

All UK wide next day Postal deliveries (Mon-Thu only) are charged based on weight as below:

Up to 5.0Kg  - £5.00

5.01 - 10Kg  - £7.00

10.01 - 20Kg - £12.00

When ordering perishable products, please make sure that someone is available on the delivery date and time at the given delivery address. We constantly provide delivery update via given whatsapp number/email. In case of any missing delivery, please contact your assigned shipping company. Also, let us know as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for closed roads, access codes or other problems related to access to your property that may delay delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refund for the perishable products due to missed collection or no access to the property. Please provide a clear note for delivery. Refund can be processed once we received the items according to our refund policy.

Return policy:

Perishable Goods can not be returned.

Cost of retuning any non-perishable goods will be paid by the customer.
